RETURNS

Returns must be delivered + received in our Cairo office within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 14 days, the customer will be notified, and may be returned to sender or can choose to receive a store credit or exchange.

All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We reserve the right to deny refunds/credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Refunds can take up to 7 days after delivery for our Cairo office to process. The handling fee for all returns is $30 and will be deducted from your refund.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
To return an item for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow the steps below.

1. Make sure you contact “info@udjategypt.com” with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. Please include the order number (which you will find in the email confirmation letter sent after placing your order).

2. Our customer service will confirm your request by e-mail.
3. Place the item/s in the original shipping plastic sleeve and then in a solid carton box or bag.
4. Place the box in a freight bag and tape it securely.
5. Place the return address where it is visible.
6. Call your local delivery service to organize the pick-up or drop off

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT

We allow exchanges + credit for all purchases made online or in our Cairo office.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place the exchange order with us. If the exchange order is lesser value than the original item purchased, we will refund your money in accordance with our usual returns policy. 

You can also choose to receive your refund as a UDJAT credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly via our website.

TRACKING

After dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link for your parcel to receive up-to-date information about your shipment via FedEx or DHL.

FINAL SALE

Any merchandise discounted at 10% or higher is final sale. No exchange or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. No price adjustments on past purchases.

All guidelines pertain to in-store and online purchases.

TAXES + DUTIES

The prices are are inclusive of VAT, and are not paid by the customer.

We are “handicraft” and therefore have trade agreements with various countries. 


LOST PARCEL

If you suspect your parcel is being upheld / lost, please contact us so that we can make a formal complaint to respective delivery company. Please note that a parcel must be more than 14 working days late before we are able to file a formal complaint. If a parcel has been lost most delivery companies own the right to allow 3 months from complaint date before a refund is being made. 

PROCESSING

The costs for returning the package to us for returns/exchanges is on the customers own expense. The handling fee for all returns is $30 and the amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded.
